Simply Skin, an 18-year-old business specializing in skincare aesthetic procedures delivering a high level of quality and service in advanced skincare treatments, has officially sold to new owner Nicole Calhoun with the assistance of VR Mergers & Acquisitions of Charlotte, NC. Established in 2003 by Rita Meeks, Simply Skin has grown into a foothold of the Charlotte market. Rita has always emphasized a quality product and a high level of customer service. Rita relocated out of the Charlotte market, which pressed her to sell this successful business. She hired VR Mergers & Acquisitions to help facilitate the sale.
Rita was thrilled with the outcome of this sale! Ross Levin at VR Mergers & Acquisitions represented Simply Skin and guided the sale. New owner Nicole Calhoun is an established RN with a Ph.D. in nursing from Duke.
