VR Business Brokers Manages Sale of Screen Enc of Denver NC
Started 20 years ago, Denver-based Screen Enc has been sold to new owners with the assistance of VR Business Brokers/Mergers & Acquisitions of Charlotte NC.
Screen Enc serves homeowners and home builders throughout the greater Charlotte area in providing high-quality screen enclosures, as well as motorized screens and glass railings. Jeff and Beth David started the business when they saw an opportunity in a unique underserved niche. “Builders disliked doing this kind of detailed work. We saw an opportunity to do this one thing really well and grow a profitable business doing it,” said Jeff. “Now we’re looking forward to a new chapter in our life as we turn the business over to new owners who can take it to a higher level of success.”
The trio of new owners are Doug Murray, Alex Barefoot, and Joe Wadlinger. They bring a variety of experiences in prior business ownership and building and construction services.
