Nathanson Adoption Services, an agency dedicated to helping North Carolina families meet their pre- and post- adoption requirements, has officially been sold to a new owners Amie and Chris Bouchat with the assistance of VR Mergers & Acquisitions. Nathanson Adoption Services has professionally assisted families across the state of North Carolina and the rest of the country to successfully adopt since 2000. Owner Helene Nathanson decided it was time to retire and sell her successful business. She hired VR Mergers & Acquisitions to help facilitate the sale.
