Elite Roofing & Construction, a Charlotte, NC company with additional offices in Hickory and Boone has officially been sold to new owners with the assistance of VR Business Brokers.
Elite Roofing & Construction is a regional leader in roofing services focusing on individual homeowners and apartment/townhouse communities. The business has been operated and managed successfully by Scott & Laura Himler and their team. They have successfully built a company built on a high level of service with an experienced sales team and excellent vendor network. When Scott & Laura were considering selling her business, they hired VR Business Brokers to help facilitate the sale after talking with their accountants at BGW.
Laura said, “We are very pleased to have successfully completed this transaction.
