V Cleaners, a South Charlotte Dry Cleaners, Sold to Local Entrepreneur

V Cleaners, a highly-regarded dry cleaners serving the Elizabeth and Plaza – Midwood area of Charlotte, NC, has been sold to a new owner with the assistance of VR Mergers & Acquisitions. Huy and Kim Vu were the long-time owners of V Cleaners, having purchased the business also through VR Mergers & Acquisitions some 20 years earlier. Now, they get to pursue their retirement dreams of travel and developing other business interests.

The business was purchased by Mitul Patel, a local entrepreneur who operates other dry cleaner locations in the Charlotte area and plans to continue to operate the two acquired locations and build upon the excellent reputation established by the Vu’s.

Randy Mitchell was the VR Mergers & Acquisitions intermediary serving the Vu’s in the sale of their business; which went under contract within two months of being publicly listed.
