Hoodz of Greater Charlotte, a franchised provider of commercial kitchen cleaning services, has been sold to a new owner with the assistance of VR Business Brokers of Charlotte. The Hoodz franchise, a division of Belfor Global, serves restaurants, schools, hospitals, caterers and other commercial kitchens in maintaining clean exhaust equipment and food preparation areas.

The new owner, Oliver Smith of Greenville SC, is excited to expand his business offerings in the Charlotte area.
