Carolina Lighting Gallery Sold to New Owners

Charlotte, NC | April 17th, 2018

Carolina Lighting Gallery, a leading residential lighting supplier, has officially been sold to a new owner with the assistance of VR Mergers & Acquisitions.  Located in Gastonia, NC., Carolina Lighting Gallery has worked with many satisfied customers to design and deliver lighting solutions to residential homeowners. After more than 10 years of building their business and reputation in the industry, the current owners Bonnie and Tony Marcantel decided it was time to sell the business and hired VR Mergers & Acquisitions to help facilitate the sale.

“We were ready to sell the business to pursue other business and personal interests,” says Tony, “but wanted a reliable, trustworthy broker to walk us through the selling process. We hired Adam Petricoff of VR Mergers & Acquisitions and he guided us to make decisions in our best interest.  We were very pleased that Adam brought us together with Scott Donaldson, the new owner.”

Scott Donaldson, a former corporate sales executive, comes to Carolina Lighting Gallery with experience in sales and new business development and is excited to run day to day operations for his own company. “I am excited to build upon the foundation that Bonnie and Tony have built. I foresee many areas for growth and I look forward to building relationships with both new and existing clients and vendors.”
